New TriMet furniture

Furniture Adjustments – standard

  Chairs:  seat height and other comfort adjustments
 Workstation Surface:  set within 6 inch range with 29 being standard
 Monitor Arm:  adjustable
 Furniture Adjustments - other (based on current policy)
 Comfort Adjustments –  Any cost over the standard adjustments will be paid for by the department
 Personal preferences other than standards provided above
Fixed standing height workstations
Seating other than standard task chair
 Ergonomic Adjustments – No charge for the assessment, however any adjustments are paid for by the
department.
 Adjustments that have been prescribed as a result of an assessment provided by the Safety
Department.
Keyboard trays
Wrist support

 Medical Accommodation – No charge for the assessment, however any adjustments are paid for by the
department.
 Adjustments that have been provided as a result of an assessment conducted by the HR department.
